![]() Dharmic Ḏimmī Communities Originally a term reserved for Christianity and Israelite communities, the Ḏimmī refers to the Hinduism and other Dharma believers living in the Islam world. Traditionally, it is the responsibility of the ruler to protect them. However, this is not always as easy, as the Ḏimmī constitute the majority of the population. But, with the support of the true faith, the Ḏimmī shall swear loyalty to the state without threatening the tenets of Islam. |

![]() Enforced Religious Unity Our country is home to people of many different beliefs, and coexistence is becoming increasingly difficult, which in turn weakens our government. We must enforce the rule that our subjects may only practice our State Religion in order to quell this disunity — and to consolidate our authority. |
||
![]() Freedom of Interpretation The many teachings of our faith are like the cool shade underneath a great tree, where all may rest and be refreshed. Under this protective canopy of wisdom, our people are encouraged to think deeply about matters of faith, and to expand and diversify our tenets. This freedom of interpretation will allow our religion to adapt to diverse communities while yet maintaining its core principles. |

![]() Papal Emissary The legates and other emissaries of the [GetCountry('PAP').GetGovernment.GetRulerTitle] are most welcome in our territory. Moreover, we shall also commit to obeying their judgment, and to never interfere in relations between our local Clergy and the [GetCountry('PAP').GetGovernment.GetRulerTitleWithNoTooltip]. |

![]() Powerful Dioceses The administration of our territory lies in the hands of the state. However, the organization of the Clergy does not follow our provincial systems. Instead, the they organize themselves in Dioceses, which have significant power and influence over the internal affairs of our country. |

![]() Pragmatic Sanction of Bourges Through these sanctions, the Catholicism Church in France obtains greater administrative independence from Rome, as it allows electoral appointment to ecclesiastical offices through the means of a general Church council. While these sanctions please the Clergy, our influence and relationship with the Holy See may suffer. |

![]() Promotion of Islam Scholars To further elevate game_concept_ROOT.GetCountry.GetName as the center of Islam learning, we must ensure more scholars enter our administration, despite the allegiances they might have. |

![]() Religious Diplomats Good diplomacy is difficult to maintain; it only takes a few simple misunderstandings for the relationship between two countries to sour completely. By sending particularly pious diplomats to our brethren in faith, we shall rely on the strength of that commonality to build fruitful, lasting political relationships. |

![]() Sponsor Printing of Religious Texts Circulating printed religious texts is an excellent way to spread literacy and entrench the teachings of our faith firmly within our people's hearts. These efforts to distribute religious literature will educate our people and remind them of their religious responsibilities. |
