Dhimmi is an estate available only to countries whose primary religion is part of the Islam religion group and only pops from a different religion group who aren't part of the
Tribesmen social class can join it. Every pop produces 0.02 Power and 1 Tax. The estate has no opinion on other countries.
While estate power is below 25% the country will gain the following bonuses:
- Up to +12.5% Maximum tax from estate
- Up to −2.5% Pop join rebels threshold
While estate power is above 25% the country will gain the following bonuses:
- Up to −22.5% Maximum tax from estate
- Up to +0.24 Monthly progress to Humanist
Regardless of estate power, the country will gain the following effects depending on the estate satisfaction:
